You need to be aware of average days on market, the ratio or list price vs. sales price, then number of homes on the market, then number of homes pending, and more.  These market stats will help as you determine a future list price for your home.

  • Consult your CPA regarding taxes

Are you aware of any tax implications you may incur by selling your home? Have you factored in capital gains? Are you fully utilizing all of your possible tax write-offs? Include your tax advisor to make the most of your proceeds.
